The Stuff That Matters - PAY
- $19/hour to start for 3 weeks of training
- $20/hour during 8 weeks of probationary period
- $21/hour as your standard pay
- AND (wait for it) you can get DOUBLE PAY by working sales holidays!
The Stuff That Matters - SHIFT/HOURS
- First 3 weeks (during training) you will work 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Mon - Fri
- Permanent shift will be 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM and will include one weekend day (i.e. work Tues - Sat or Sun - Thurs)
- Your shift will only change if you request it and there is an opening, so need to worry about constant shift/hours changes

The ideal candidate for the Customer Care role will have demonstrated the ability to achieve the following:
- Provide product/service information by answering questions; offering assistance.
- Improve quality results by recommending changes, suggesting samples, and guiding customer through the website
- Creating customer orders for custom blinds, and assisting them with walking through how to measure their windows
- Take inbound calls and answers customers via emails, chats, and text messages
Skills/ Requirements
- Any type of previous customer service/customer care roles - either via phone or in person is preferred but not required
- Bilingual, English/Spanish REQURED
**This is an onsite position - we are located in South Tempe on Kyrene and Elliot
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
