Occupational Therapist needed for Select Physical Therapy Holdings Inc. for our locations in Clermont and Lake Buena, FL. Implements, with minimal supervision, high-quality occupational therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities. Provides evaluation and treatment to patients with hand and upper extremity conditions and injuries. Reviews medical records and prescriptions, conducts an interview of medical history and mechanism of injury, assesses subjective and objective components, and establishes an individualized treatment plan. Provides treatment that can include use of modalities, exercises, activities, manual treatment techniques, and fabrication of custom orthosis. Documents all evaluations and notes. Position may require shift coverage to other facilities within normal commuting distance. Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Occupational Therapy (OT). Have or be eligible for Florida OT license. Passage of National Registry/NBCOT exam. Position may require shift coverage to other facilities within normal commuting distance. Resume to L.
