Responsibilities:

• Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals
• Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
• Prepare and present insurance quotes to potential clients
• Process policy changes, claims, and renewals
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies

Experience:

• Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role
• Familiarity with insurance products and services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze clients' needs and provide tailored solutions
• Bilingual or multilingual skills, especially Spanish, are a plus
• Proficiency in benefits administration and sales administration is preferred
