Schedule: Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm
If you are a patient and gentle nanny who loves toddlers, this temporary role may be a great fit for you! This Fuquay Varina family is looking for an attentive and reliable nanny who can help them bridge the gap until their daycare spot opens in a few months. Their little one recently turned 1 and loves reading, climbing, and music! She may take a bit to warm up to someone new, but with some patience, she will quickly become your new BFF. They hope to have a nanny who will incorporate Montessori ideals and be supportive of their parenting style which leans towards gentle parenting. They set firm/age-appropriate boundaries while also maintaining gentleness and respect. They also are seeking a nanny who is comfortable supporting their daughter as she goes down for naps. They will need assistance with prepping lunches (solids) for the baby, she does have some allergies so collaborating with the parents on meals is important. They will also need help with the baby’s laundry, and tidying up after meals and playtime.
Mom works from home full time and dad works from home half of the time, they are experienced with having a nanny in the home and will be understanding, fair, and respectful as they value the role a nanny has in their lives. The family also has a sweet dog who will be excited to meet you! They anticipate this role will last between 2-3 months, however, they don’t have an exact timeline so they would love someone who is open to longer.
Their Ideal Candidate Has/Is:
-3-5 years of Professional Childcare Experience

-CPR/First Aid Certification
