Location: Hillsborough, North Carolina, 27278
Start: Mid-October
Children: 16 month old
Compensation: $18-$22 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday starting between 8am-9am typically until 5pm, occasional 7am starts 40 hours a week

This Hillsborough family is looking for a patient, loving, and interactive nanny to care for their toddler long-term! Their ideal nanny would be someone who fits seamlessly into their busy lifestyle as a dual-physician family including being flexible, reliable, and punctual. Their little one is in a transitional phase with teething and starting to drop one of her naps so on occasion she may need some help transitioning and a little dose of patience. #toddlerlife. She loves reading, playing outdoors in the baby pool, with chalk, and taking stroller walks through the neighborhood! They hope to find a nanny who is excited about planning a simple arts and crafts or an activity or two for her each day. She is eating solids that the family prepares ahead of time and they may ask for additional help with prepping healthy meals for their little one in the future. When she naps, the family would appreciate help with tidying the kitchen and play areas, unloading the dishwasher, the child’s laundry, and help with folding other laundry, They also love for her to be involved in helping with chores as she can, so a nanny who encourages age-appropriate life skills is a major plus.
The typical schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday starting between 8 am-9 am and ending by 5 pm. Occasionally, they may need a start time of as early as 7 AM. They do not anticipate needing regular overtime and will provide the schedule in advance. The family is hoping for a long-term commitment of at least 1-1.5 years with the possibility of extending beyond that!
