Bakery in San Fernando is in need of a Cake Finisher.
Pay: $16
Hours: 5am- 1:30pm Overtime
Days off; Sundays & Tuesdays
Primary Responsibilities: • Follow SLJ guidelines of Food Safety programs. • Report to department lead to receive instructions on daily tasks • communicate with lead Finisher and Supervisor about daily organization • Follow instructions and techniques given by lead cake finisher and or supervisor • Safely operate equipment (Cake Slabber/Mixers/Salamander/Dough Sheeter/Food Processor) • Slice sponge cakes by hand using knife • Respect FIFO when using fillings and icings • Properly fill and finish cakes with assistance of lead cake finisher • Organize cakes, orders by store locations • Maintain working area clean and organized • Comply with all policies outlined in the Sweet Lady Jane Employee Handbook
