Needed Immediately: Selectek is looking for an Accounting Supervisor in Lagrange, GA. Someone with experience in a large company or manufacturing facility is preferred.

Location of Job: LaGrange, GA (30240)
Hours & Shift: 8AM 5PM, some flex could be possible 7AM 4PM
Overtime: possible, but not excessive
Travel: none
Work Remote: No
Work from Home: HYBRID 3 in-office / 2 at-home
Work Attire: business casual / jeans

Required:
- 5 years in a financial accounting management position
- Bachelors degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
- AXD365 experience preferred
- Demonstrated communication and organizational skills
- Ready to participate and contribute as part of the management team
- Results orientated team leader and motivator
- Managing activities, resources, and responsibilities of A/R and A/P in conformance with established policies, practices, and procedures.
- Input and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoicing, vendor/customer relationships and cross-team collaboration.
- Day by day supervision of the AR and AP team for all company entities while managing a team of 4 people.
- Responsible of timely and accurate posting of AP to assure prompt resolution of any discrepancies
- Responsible of timely management and reconciliation of GRNI (good receipts) accounts
- Responsible of reconciliation for any AP and AR related accounts
- Supporting the Finance organization by providing all necessary reports for month end closing, cash flow forecasting, sales and use tax accounting and reporting
- Perform special projects and duties as required.
