Selectek has an opening for an Inside Sales Specialist in Newnan, GA. Our client is looking for someone with 2 or more years of sales support and inside sales customer service experience with some technical knowledge.
Required:
The main duties of this position are customer service and sales support. So, previous experience in these areas is needed.
The candidate does not need to have a technical degree, but it is preferred that they have some technical knowledge. The job will entail customer support for existing customers and taking incoming calls for orders and processing them. The technical knowledge comes in to play because they will take orders for parts and will need to obtain quotes for those parts. They will teach them the product but previous technical experience in a manufacturing setting will help them learn. They may handle low level technical issues, but they do have a technical support team if they are not able to handle technical questions. They will also support the sales team by getting quotes on parts and checking inventory of those parts.
Responsibilities:
Hours & Shift: Monday - Friday 8AM 5PM
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 annual salary depending on experience

Travel: 10-15%, usually for training in Denmark when needed

Required:
- 2 years of experience
- Associates or Bachelors degree
- Experience with ERP management software (using Aspect 4, similar to SAP)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the organization and with external customers
- Must be organized, Self-reliant, possess time management skills, and great attention to detail.
- Microsoft 365 experience (Outlook, Dynamics, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and other online sales tools
- Looking for a positive Can-Do attitude
- Manufacturing experience a plus

Responsibilities:
- Direct interface with customers via phone and email, providing a World Class Customer Experience.
- Work closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction in all transactions.
- Support our Outside Sales team and Distributor Partners with technical proposals, preparing quotations, communication, and performing other sales support functions.
- Process customer orders and internal purchase orders through ERP system. (using their own based ERP called Aspect 4, but was told it is similar to SAP)
- Educate customers about our terminology, features, and benefits of Clean Oil to improve product-related sales and customer satisfaction.
- Day-to-day management of assigned Distribution Partners.
- Lead sales campaigns and programs to help generate new prospects/opportunities. Utilize inbound and outbound calls to pursue sales.
- Learn the portfolio of products & services and their benefits.
- Interface with our Filter Support and Finance Shared Service Departments at our World Headquarters in Denmark.
- Maintain CRM (Dynamics 365.)
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned
