Job Description:
- Draw boundary surveys, easement sketches and other types of surveys
- Interpret and draw utility as-builts
- Review title documents and Table A items, and apply them to the survey
- Potentially run a team and manage field work
- Five-plus years of experience related to land surveying
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) OR Professional Surveyors & Mappers (PSM) licensure
- Ability to work overtime and on weekends when necessary
- Knowledge of Civil 3D
- Clear driving record
