Job Summary:
The ETL Supervisor will be responsible for managing and overseeing the ETL and integration operations of the company's Life Division. This will include working with 3rd party vendors to process data files both inbound and outbound. They will also work with senior management and project managers to ensure the team is executing on requests as prioritized by the business and that requests are being done in accordance with company standards. This role will also be key in helping the ETL team deep dive legacy systems to come up with migration plans to modernize key aspects of the data lifecycle.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Positive attitude and a willingness to continuously learn
- Ability to resolve issues which prevent the team from working efficiently
- 5 years experience ETL Development
- Experience leading major ETL or Integration projects
- Fluent in a major programming language(C#,Python,Java, Etc…)
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum Methodologies
- Able to manage on and offshore resources
- Must have experience with cloud services related to data and analytics(AWS Prefered)
- Experience with using CI/CD Pipelines and environments
- Develop new skills outside of comfort zone.
- Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.
- Coach others, recognise their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
- Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
- Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience with ensuring data integrity from source to target
- Experience working with PII and other sensitive Data
- Experience with C# and Java
- Experience architecting solutions to replace legacy code/systems
- Knowledge of SFTP and automated file management
- Working knowledge of near real time file processing
Duty Requirements
- Work Monday through Friday during Central Standard Time core business hours.
- Ability to work/engage/communicate remotely or virtually
- Some travel or face-to-face work may be required (approx. 10% or less)
