Job Description:
- Oversees the daily administrative, operational, personnel, and clinical functions of the assigned clinics.
- Responsible for oversight of: 7 or fewer providers or a single clinic/department.
- Responsible for the fiscal management of the assigned clinics
- Plan, process, and utilize resources to ensure goals and objectives are met.
- Interacts daily with physicians, staff, and patients.
- Develops and implements process improvements with input and instructions from committees and directors.
- Performs to Self Standards
- Assists with hiring and mentoring of team members
- Works with other departments and vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED require
Bachelor of Science preferred
Minimum of 2-4 years physician practice management experience preferred
Demonstrated leadership knowledge and skills
