Sellers & Associates, LLC (S&A), has a contingent opening for a Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting Maritime Expeditionary Security Force (MESF), Training and Readiness Professional Services Support in the curriculum development and maintenance of standardized training and readiness programs and policies.
- At least 3 years of CRF/MESF experience developing training and readiness initiatives in the last 5 years
- 8-10 years of operational, training, and readiness experience with warfare qualification, preferably within the Navy's expeditionary communities
- Must have excellent oral briefing and writing skills to engage with leadership within MESF and organizations within the community of interest (O-5 if officer, E-9 if enlisted) and staff personnel
- At least 3 years of training analysis & development experience (Ready Relevant Learning (RRL); Naval Education and Training (NAVEDTRA)
