About the Role
Sellers Dorsey is seeking an Office Manager for the Austin office who will be responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness. The Office Manager in Austin is responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly while providing support to teams. The Office Manager is the first contact for visitors and an employee resource. This role provides expertise and specialist skills in office operations, administrative support, and day-to-day essential administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide office coordination and assists in organizing office workflow and communications, including phone management, e-mail correspondence, file maintenance and standard mail collection/distribution to provide for optimum efficiency.
  • Coordinate scheduling requests for meetings (in person or by video) across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports for multiple users into web-based record system, including reconciling credit cards on a timely basis.
  • Coordinate and book travel including flights and hotels with firm travel agent. Submit registrations and track webinars / conferences for participants.
  • Keep up to date on the firm’s administrative and operational policies and communicate updates to multiple users. Keep up to date with building management operational policies. Collaborates with the Executive Assistant and other Administrative Assistants to best support and foresee the team needs.
  • Coordinate office lunches, birthday celebrations and building reservations.
  • Submit registrations and track webinars / conferences for participants.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience as an Office Manager successfully managing similar responsibilities as those listed.
  • Expense reconciliation experience is required.
  • Administrative Assistant experience is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of office management procedures is required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite is required.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients.
