VISION
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices and will work closely with the Customer Service department and other departments across the company. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented and be an expert in data entry and accuracy. You will use these skills to work efficiently with the team as well as directly with our customers. 
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS   
  • Process orders in SAP and ensure the accuracy of orders and invoices
  • Keep up to date records of sales and accounting data in SAP
  • Assist with generating return authorization and order entry
  • Manage the timely delivery of orders
  • Compile and monitor sales reports to track sales efforts
  • Maintain expertise in company products and services
  • Update databases and customer records as needed
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Update commission contracts for sales team to ensure accurate reporting

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
 
QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Excellent time management skills. 
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn. 
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a high level of integrity and strong work ethic.
 
WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS 
Main hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. 
 
Schedules will vary depending on business needs, and may entail working nights, weekends and holidays. Must be flexible to work outside of normal departmental operating hours.
