**Join Our Team as a Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist!**

**About Us:**

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist. As a vital member of our team, you'll be instrumental in prospecting and nurturing client relationships, setting appointments, and driving success in our real estate brokerage. **Responsibilities:**

1. Utilize various lead generation techniques, specifically outbound calls, to prospect and generate new clients.

2. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to qualify leads and identify potential real estate opportunities.

3. Foster strong relationships with prospective clients through consistent communication and follow-up.

4. Educate clients on market trends, the buying and selling process, and available properties.

5. Schedule appointments for our real estate brokerage to meet with qualified clients.

6. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and client progress using CRM systems.

7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.

8. Stay updated on local market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities.

9. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

10. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.

**Qualifications:**

1. Proven experience in telemarketing and sales within the real estate industry.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage clients.

3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

4. Motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving and surpassing sales goals.

5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

6. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

7. Knowledge of real estate market trends, terminology, and regulations.

8. Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.

9. Valid real estate license required.

**Benefits and Commission:**

- Competitive commission-based pay, with 25% earned from the net of each home closed.

- Office fees, including E&O insurance, covered by the brokerage.

- Referral Status agents preferred - free membership to "Real Estate Advisors KC - Referrals".

- 25 hours, 5 days a week required.

- MLS, Realtor designation, and IBOX not required from KCRAR.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
