Job Posting for Retail Sales Associate/Cashier - Seminole Cigar Landing at Hard Rock Casino at Seminole Cigar Landing inside Hard Rock Casino & Resort
It is the primary duty of a Retail Sales Associate is to provide our Guests with exceptional guest service, maintain a consistent brand standard and a comfortable shopping experience.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Engage all guests in a friendly manner to deliver WOW Moments
Assist guests with their needs and drive sales
Achieve store goals
Assist Sales Associates with questions
Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping
Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures
IDEAL CANDIDATE
One (1) year retail sales experience
Six (6) months cash handling experience
Ability to communicate in English both verbal and written form
