Job Posting for Mortgage Recruiter at Semper Home Loans
Semper Home Loans, a direct lender licensed in 42 states, is actively seeking a Mortgage Recruiter to join the executive team. This position will report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and HR Director.
Responsibilities
Contacting and vetting individuals who inquire via our recruiting email campaigns.
Cold calling potential loan officers and branch managers.
Complete branch and loan officer questionnaires and contact information forms to provide to Human Resources regarding all potential fits.
Coordinate term sheets and potential pay plans with Human Resources.
Ensure that all contracts are signed and delivered via email, and coordinated with licensing to ensure they are properly setup in the NMLS. Coordinating with Human Resources.
Provide pricing to your recruits in our Optimal Blue System, communicating with Secondary regarding branch and loan officer margins.
Communicate and coordinate with recruits on how to submit loans to underwriting, or if going non-delegated to best fit the loan officer needs.
Must have knowledge of all the different programs offered by investors and have industry experience.
Work with the assigned processing team to ensure that loan officers have a smooth transition when submitting new files.
Ensure the onboarding for all recruits is seamless, answer any and all questions, monitor pipelines via Encompass to ensure loan officers are meeting production goals and requirements.
Qualifications
3-7 years experience in the mortgage field.
2-5 years experience recruiting.
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple requisitions at a time.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
Strong communication and sales skills required.
Experience with Optimal Blue and Encompass preferred.
