Semper Solaris is looking for an organized, self-motivated and detail oriented individual to join their team! This is a full time position working Monday to Friday.
Must have data entry experience!!!
The SGIP Administrative Coordinator is a vital part of the Semper Operations team. This person will perform a wide variety of administrative duties including but not limited to reviewing contracts and customer documents, completing applications, and updating reports to management to ensure timely completion.
The ideal candidate will be able to balance a high volume workload without compromising data accuracy, leveraging technology to ensure quick turnaround of submittals and insightful reporting. They will be a dedicated professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Complete and submit rebate documentation on behalf of customers
- Reviewing data entry work for quality assurance and accuracy
- Accurately translate data from homeowner/customer documents into electronic forms
- Call and email customers communicating status updates and requesting additional documentation
- Navigate CRM (Salesforce) to retrieve vital customer information and update project records
- Provide periodic updates and Ad-hoc reports to management
- Update shared reports and logs to track progress
- Perform other duties and tasks as needed
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year office and data entry experience
- High attention to detail required with minimal errors or typos in work product
- Exceptional written communication, time management and follow-up skills required
- Ability to quickly learn new software and processes
- High level of organization with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment maintaining a positive attitude in stressful situations
- Ability to follow through on assigned tasks and projects with minimal supervision
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs a plus
- High school diploma required
