What are the responsibilities and job description for the SNOCC Director position at Seneca Nation Of Indians?
Responsible for coordinating program activities prescribed in operating grants or existing program. Make recommendations to the Director on future program development and initiatives. The incumbent is responsible for the formulation and monitoring of the department budgets to implement program objectives.
BA or BS (Masters preferred) in Museum management, public administration, or related field, plus 5 years relevant working experience and 2 years in management capacity. Must possess a valid NYS Driver’s License, as travel between Nation Territories is required. Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary. Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Must have competent technological skills and specifically be able to work with MS Office 365 Suite for editing and productivity. Must have the ability to work in a diverse cultural environment. Knowledge of Seneca customs, traditions, and practices is helpful. Strong organizational skills and the ability to understand and manage high-profile, sensitive, or controversial projects.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
