What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Maintenance Technician position at SeneGence?
Summary :
We are currently seeking a full time Maintenance Technician for properties located in the Tulsa area. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for all cleaning and maintenance aspects of the property.
Essential Functions:
- Perform facility cleaning services at Westside throughout the shift by emptying trashes, cleaning windows/glass partitions/mirrors, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, and vacuuming and dust cleaning the office areas by following the approved SOPs.
- Respond to requests and/or emergencies, such as unclogging toilets and sinks and cleaning any spills at either facility.
- Assist the Facility/Maintenance department with installation, repair and maintenance of all facility and production parts at both facilities in Foothill Ranch to address all open work orders, where a certified or skilled technician is not required.
- Assist with relocation of other departments at both facilities in Foothill Ranch, by disassembling/disconnecting computers and/or any departmental supplies, palletizing, and setting up at new location.
- Assist with moving heavy equipment and furniture for any department at both Foothill Ranch facilities.
- Assist with assembling furniture, storages, cabinets, work stations and/or any other items that a skilled and certified technician is not required.
- Assist with organizing, storing and replenishing all facility cleaning supplies and/or any other shipments received regularly on daily or weekly basis.
- Assist Facilities Supervisor with addressing and resolving open work orders.
- Maintains tools and equipment and ensures they are in proper working order, requests replacements as necessary.
Required Skills/Experience:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred.
- Position requires flexibility of hours, including availability at nights and weekends.
- Effective use and knowledge of various cleaning equipment, tools and products.
- Demonstrate verbal and written communication skills necessary to resolve challenges with others and collaborate with others on the property.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform other physical tasks such as, pushing, pulling, crouching, climbing and bending.
