ABOUT THE ROLE

You will join a growing team and make a meaningful impact on the business from the word “GO”! Get a firsthand opportunity to work on groundbreaking technology in the design and manufacture of diesel engine components for land vehicles, medical, power generation, and other cutting edge industries. Manage, lead, and cultivate the organization’s quality systems and quality strategy while interacting with customers such as Cummins, Caterpillar, Trane, and Medtronic just to name a few. Mold and develop the Quality team into subject matter experts and future organizational leaders.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Drive all aspects of Senior Flexonics’ QMS & IATF process
• Lead and support all quality continuous improvement initiatives while aligning quality objectives with operational strategy
• Act as a liaison between operations and engineering while establishing key relationships with customers
• Collaborate with other quality professionals across Senior sharing knowledge & best practices

YEAR ONE FOCUS AREAS

• Establish and sustain a “franchise concept” between two facilities in regards to QA policies, SOP’s, processes, best practices, etc.
