Senior Helpers, a leading provider of in-home senior care services, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-time Personal Caregiver for our Denver franchise.
This position will primarily assist clients with their personal care needs and provide companionship to improve their overall quality of life.
This is a part-time position with weekday shifts.
The individual in this role will work directly with clients in their homes.

Compensation & Benefits :
This is a PART-TIME, hourly position with a competitive pay rate of $18 to $21 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
- Help remind clients to take prescribed medication according to the physician’s instructions.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations and activities with clients
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks (taking out the trash, dishes, laundry, sweeping / vacuuming.
- Assisting the client with transfers, ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor appointments, walks etc.)
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior to the caregiver supervisor
- Follow all health and safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Attend ongoing training and development programs to enhance caregiving skills
Requirements :
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Basic knowledge of personal care and homemaking tasks
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and bend, stoop, and stand for long periods of time
