Compensation: $10 per hour, paid biweekly

Summary:
Senior Helpers, a leading provider of in-home care for seniors, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Caregivers to join our team in Lafayette, Louisiana. Our caregivers are responsible for providing quality, personalized care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a part-time position providing flexible hours and competitive pay.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide medication reminders and assistance with self-administration
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and meal preparation
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help monitor client’s health status and report any changes to the supervisor
- Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous caregiving experience or CNA certification is preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
