Your Role:
As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing both personal care and heartfelt companionship. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities and offering emotional support, ensuring a comfortable and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
- Offer companionship through engaging conversations and activities that brighten our clients' days.
- Follow individualized care plans to address each client’s specific needs and preferences.
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation to maintain a pleasant and functional home environment.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and our team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of caregiving experience or related healthcare experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to care plans.
