the community and focus on delivering
results related to occupancy, ensuring financial performance, meeting care
standards, and creating relationships with those living, visiting, and working
in the building. Must have a current FL license. Full benefits and bonus plan offered.
Minimum requirements include a degree in business
administration or related field plus 3 years of experience in an assisted
living / memory care environment. Demonstrated success in developing teams,
driving sales, communicating effectively with internal and external partners at
all levels of the company, and strong financial acumen also required.
