Concord Park is seeking a patient, innovative programmer who is creative, friendly, compassionate and organized. This person will be creating, scheduling and implementing therapeutic programs for our a small cohort of Assisted Living residents who are experiencing and adjusting to living with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI).

Rates starting at $21 per hour
