What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Care Manager position at SENIOR SOLUTIONS?
SENIOR Solutions is seeking a Home Care Division Manager who will be responsible for developing and administering our Home Care Division in 2 counties. Supervising all home care staff, including monitoring their performance, resolving conflicts, and providing feedback on performance. Multi-tasking is a must with decisive action and flexibility to adjust with the fluctuating requirements of the position. Must have excellent organizational skills, strong communication and computer skills as well as previous supervisory experience.
