We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a part time Client Coordinator. As a Client Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery to our clients.
**Job Overview:**
As a Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for client inquiries, documenting services, scheduling appointments, and following up on service satisfaction. You will serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally with excellent quality. As a member of our office team, you may assist with other activities as needed including training, development, marketing, and creating print materials. Position is 3 or 4 days per week, 10 am to 2pm, with potential to increase.
**Duties:**
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and courteous manner
- Schedule appointments/services and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain client records and update information accurately in the database
- Assist in preparing other documentation as needed
- Collaborate with team members to address client concerns and provide solutions effectively
- Potential to add Marketing activities for the right candidate.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a home care agency office is a plus, but not necessary
- Prior office experience in a professional environment is required, with proven ability to meet deliverable deadlines with a quality work product. Five or more years of professional experience preferred.
- Proficiency with typical computer and email programs, and ability to learn new systems
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent people skills and comfortable with phone contact
- Energetic and bright
- Experience with sales or marketing is a plus
