Production Manager/Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Coordinate all aspects of event production, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear objectives, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress against milestones, identifying and addressing any issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Budget Oversight:
• Work closely with finance teams to develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards.
• Track expenses throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular financial updates and reports.
• Vendor and Resource Management:
• Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to allocate resources effectively, including staffing, equipment, and materials.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of vendors to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality expectations.
• Technical Production:
• Oversee technical aspects of event production, including audiovisual setup, lighting, staging, and rigging.
• Liaise with technical teams and engineers to ensure equipment readiness and troubleshoot any technical issues during events.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance the production value of events.
• Health and Safety Compliance:
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to protect staff, contractors, and attendees during events.
• Collaborate with venue management and local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and obtain necessary permits.
• Client Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,676.64 - $70,072.95 per year

Ability to Relocate:

• Las Vegas, NM 87701: Relocate before starting work (Required)
