We are seeking an experienced Conversation Designer to join the Sense Chatbot team to help our customers build and deploy best in class Chatbot conversations. The ideal candidate combines conversation design experience with a passion for teaching colleagues and customers to write good conversations. You will design leading-edge conversational experiences for Sense customers, and also build and deploy best practices at scale
As a Conversation Designer you will own every stage of the conversation design process, from research and design to conversation scripting and testing with customers.Provide consultation to customers to design and improve their chatbot performance
Collaborate with Customer success, Implementation, Engineering and other internal stakeholders
Assist in maintaining and optimizing Machine learning models.
Assist DataOps team with labeling and data review
Review chatbot conversations to identify misclassified or unrecognized intents and help identify any problems with labeled data
Document best practices, train internal customers and build templates that could be rolled out to all customers.
3 years of experience designing and writing natural dialog flows for AI, voice assistants, chatbots, or other multimodal/ conversational applications for consumer products and services.Strong portfolio with work samples showcasing expertise in Conversational design.
Must have experience using data annotation tools
Customer-obsessed with a passion for delivering best in class user experiences.
Applied knowledge of conversation design principles.
Understanding of NLP, training ML models, and payloads.
Team player and willing to collaborate closely with a small team.
Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
You should be a fast learner understanding various systems and multiple industry processes.
Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Linguistics, HCI, Product Design, or related discipline.
Proven experience working with product development teams to design processes and roadmaps.
Staffing and recruitment industry experience will be a plus but not essential
Spanish proficiency will also be a plus but not required
