Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Recruitment Strategies:
- Collaborate with department managers to understand specific clinical staffing needs.
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies for various clinical roles, including nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals.
- Create detailed job descriptions and specifications.
- Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize specialized healthcare job boards, social media, professional networks, and other resources to source candidates.
- Screen applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Interview Coordination and Assessment:
- Coordinate interview schedules with clinical department heads and panels.
- Facilitate and participate in interview processes.
- Assess candidates’ clinical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Relationship Building and Networking:
- Attend healthcare career fairs, conferences, and networking events to promote opportunities and build a talent pool.
- Establish and maintain relationships with medical schools, residency programs, and other educational institutions.
- Compliance and Credential Verification:
