Job Summary
Works alongside department leadership to provide consultation and education to division leaders and staff regarding policies, procedures, initiatives and programs related to the department's function and areas of responsibility. Participates in planning and implementation of department initiated programs, including support for ongoing monitoring. Designs and prepares moderate to complex reports and creates presentations in support of department operations or special projects utilizing available business tools such as Microsoft Office applications, report writers, databases, or proprietary and/or commercial information systems.

BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree Preferred.
- Requires 2 or more years of related experience.
- Basic knowledge of HR Solutions and HR Shared Services experience is preferred.
- Experience with the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system is preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio skills.
- Data Analytics and Data Visualization experience.
- Works alongside department leadership to provide consultation and education to division leaders and staff regarding policies, procedures, initiatives, and programs related to the department's function and areas of responsibility.
- Participates in planning and implementation of department initiated programs, including support for ongoing monitoring.
- Designs and prepares moderate to complex reports and creates presentations in support of department operations or special projects utilizing available business tools such as Microsoft Office applications, report writers, databases, or proprietary and/or commercial information systems.
- Support the Director of HR Shared Services and HR Managers in Benefits, Workday Admin, Onboarding, and HR Compliance
- Meeting coordination, project planning, managing workload and engaging stakeholders for progression
- Managing Leadership calendars
- Administrative duties such as coordination of onsite meetings (minutes, travel, lunch, etc)
