Lead all aspects of ambulatory health delivery to improve quality, access, and cost of care to Sentara’s patients, members, and communities, and drive meaningful value for Sentara
- Define and lead the strategy and supporting initiatives to shift appropriate care out of the acute setting
- Improve medical group cost performance by improving productivity and enabling top of license practice
- Maximize service line value and growth by designing a strategy in line with broader clinical and enterprise strategy that drives efficiency, quality, consumer experience, and health outcomes and grows share of care in targeted service lines
- Champion the expansion of Community Care Centers and other innovative models of care to facilitate medical access, address social determinants of health, and improve community health outcomes
Experience:
- Leadership experience in several areas of ambulatory care (e.g., medical group, virtual health, ASCs)
- Strong clinical operations experience, and demonstrated experience leading physicians
- Proven ability to scale a growing business
