Sentara Home Care is hiring a full time Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Newport News!
Shift: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)
As an Operations Coordinator with Sentara, you will provide support to the Director/Manager in a clinical setting. This position's primary duties include:
- Supply ordering
- Managing HR files
- Payroll
- Telehealth inventory
- Scheduling meetings
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Understand and perform accurate and timely data collection
- Demonstrate effective use and maintenance of office equipment
You will find that teamwork is exceptional, with everyone working together to ensure the best care for our patients.
Requirements:
- High School Grad or Equivalent required
- 1 year medical office/administration experience required
