Sentara Home Care is hiring a full time Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Newport News!

Shift: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)

As an Operations Coordinator with Sentara, you will provide support to the Director/Manager in a clinical setting. This position's primary duties include:

  • Supply ordering
  • Managing HR files
  • Payroll
  • Telehealth inventory
  • Scheduling meetings

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Understand and perform accurate and timely data collection
  • Demonstrate effective use and maintenance of office equipment

You will find that teamwork is exceptional, with everyone working together to ensure the best care for our patients.

Requirements:

  • High School Grad or Equivalent required
  • 1 year medical office/administration experience required

Performs administrative tasks to include providing customer service through phone and personal interactions.
