Shift : 2nd Shift, 3 : 30pm start time and 9-12 hour shift Mon-Fri, Sat 12pm-6pm, no Sundays (Avg 60 hrs / week)
Pay Rate : $22
Job Summary :
The Floor Team Lead is responsible for oversight of a part of the production process. They will follow production standards, create and evaluate production schedules, and ensure timely delivery of all production jobs.
Duties / Responsibilities :
Supervising 40-45 employees
Creates daily work schedules, follows standard manufacturing procedures, and monitors work to meet product specifications and production targets.
Delivers training for new processes or equipment and onboard new employees.
Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results;
coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Conduct first-piece quality inspections on all production projects.
Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
