Network Solution Analyst

Sentinel is looking for a Network Solution Analyst to join our team! As a Network Solution Analyst, your primary responsibility is facilitating our customer's network transition. This will include CCNA level route switch configuration and troubleshooting. Working with internal and external IT resources, you will be responsible to ensure the client's continued satisfaction on their way to receiving Sentinel's suite of award-winning services. This is a position based in our Tempe, AZ office.

1-2 years of experience with Cisco routers and switches
• CCNA certification preferred
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-tech users effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills to drive "time to value" and improve customers overall experience
• Ability to provide CCNA level route switch and firewall configuration
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude
