Sentinel is looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting two Sales Executives based out of our AZ office location while also being the main point of contact for the western region and coordinating with our marketing teams across the company. Some of the responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to vendor portal management, maintaining client communications, assisting with quotes/bids, planning events, posting on social media, and preparing marketing reports. If you are great at multi tasking and are looking for a position that provides for a variety within your workday, this is the opportunity for you. This is a full time, hybrid position with Sentinel, located in our Tempe, AZ office. This position reports to Director of Sales.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must have excellent time management skills and attention to detail, as this is a dual role.
- Must have expert knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must have strong typing skills
- Must have superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude
