Contract Support Analyst

Responsibilities

The Education Technology Support Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration and functioning of technology within an educational institution. This position involves providing technical support to educators, students, and staff members, troubleshooting issues related to hardware and software, and assisting with the implementation and maintenance of educational technology tools. This is a long- term contract reporting onsite to our client in Dayton, OH.

Qualifications

• Experience with providing technical support to staff and students
• Experience with maintaining and troubleshooting applications
• Experience with creating user documentation
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
