What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Engineer position at Sentinel?
Responsibilities
As a Desktop Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support for one of our major clients. This will require both troubleshooting and repairing of desktop and laptop hardware. This is a full-time opportunity located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Qualifications
- Excellent experience troubleshooting and repairing desktop and laptop hardware
- A certification is preferred
- Experience with re-imaging software a must, SCCM preferred
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
