What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Technician position at Sentinel?
Responsibilities
Sentinel is working with one of its strategic partners seeking an eager Entry Level Field Technician. In this role you will have be trained on the following responsibilities: providing system related support to multiple locations, this will include system and basic networking. The work environment includes Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange and Cisco Networking. You will configure, image and deploy equipment including PC’s, laptops, and mobile devices throughout this multi-location environment. This position is a contract to hire opportunity located onsite in Vail, Colorado.
Qualifications
- Candidate should have an interest in learning Microsoft solutions and basic networking.
- A desire to oversee deployment projects in new and existing IT environments
- An interest in managing and delegating with ticketing software
- Seeking experience working with GRC such as HIPPA and PCI would be nice.
- Professional level support experience to include connectivity and password resets
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
