What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Desk, Level 1 position at Sentinel?
Sentinel is looking for a Level 1 Helpdesk Agent to support our client. This candidate will be responsible for building and deploying PCs. This position will provide support to the corporate office but may require some travel to other locations. This is a 4–6-week contract position reporting to our client onsite in Aurora, IL.
- 1- 2 years of experience as a Help Desk Agent
- Experience with building and deploying PC’s is required
- Experience troubleshooting and managing hardware, software, and network issues is required
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team is a must
- Strong problem-solving skills is a must
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
