What are the responsibilities and job description for the Helpdesk Agent I position at Sentinel?
Sentinel is seeking a Helpdesk Agent to join our nationally recognized support team. You will be providing technical customer support to our largest customers while maintaining high customer satisfaction and meeting service level agreements. The ideal candidate will have experience including but not limited to Microsoft and Office 365, Windows 7/10, and Active Directory. This is a full time position located in Downers Grove, IL.
Shift would be Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm CST.
- Experience with Microsoft Office/O365, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with Apple iMac and MacBook devices is required
- Experience with Apple IOS a plus
- Experience with mobile devices (iPhone and Android) required
- Basic understanding of Multi-Factor Authentication required
- Experience with Google G-Suite a plus
- Experience with provisioning necessary access (printers, drives, applications)
- Basic networking skills and remote imaging required
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- SCCM certifications a plus
- Kaseya experience preferred
- Patching experience desired
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
