Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator with Sentinel Technologies, you will be integral to the Project Management process. You will be responsible for coordinating engineers and vendors within the project arena to best deliver and meet the project needs and deadlines. Your organization, sense of urgency, and ability to work with a variety of people within an organization will have you prepared to hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position can be remote but must provide occasional support onsite at our Downers Grove, IL location.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and organizing amongst multiple work groups and regions
• Must have excellent attention to detail as will require a great deal of follow up
• Must be able to implement process and procedure according to client requirements
• Must have strong skills MS Office skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
• The ability to be flexible, show poise and work with changes on the fly to ensure project needs are met on time and on budget
• Excellent communication skills with all levels within an organization
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
