Sentinel is looking for a Wireless Engineer. In this role, you will be supporting our clients, consisting of large to enterprise-sized organizations. Your experience with wireless is critical to success in this role. Additional networking, especially route/switch, experience is strongly encouraged. This will position you to hit the ground running in this role, while acquiring experience and exposure to other technologies and solutions. This is a full-time opportunity that will require travel throughout Arizona.2 years of experience with Cisco wireless controllers, including AireOS and IOS-XE1 years of experience with Meraki wireless Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi protocols, such as 802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g, 802.11ac, 802.11ax, 802.11r, 802.11k, and othersStrong knowledge of network and service protocols including DHCP, RADIUS, DNS, 802.1x, among othersFamiliarity with access control listsWorking knowledge or directory access protocols, including LDAP and MS ADFamiliarity with config and troubleshooting of various vendors routers and switchesExperience with performing and reviewing wireless surveys RF troubleshooting/site survey experienceExcellent documentation and communication skills are requiredNice to have Aruba Wireless Expertise Other vendor wireless expertise, preferredExperience with Cisco ACS and ISE, preferredNice to have experience with Ekahau surveysMobility Service Engine(MSE), preferredExperience with Cisco Prime, preferredPosition requires lifting of up to 50 lbs. independently, standing, squatting, climbing, and lifting from floor to waist and from waist to over shouldersThe candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be requiredLegally authorized to work in the US without sponsorshipMust demonstrate a “can-do” attitudeWe focus on candidates that display our “ACE” factor - Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm to deliver quality solutions with exceptional customer service.
