Work Schedule
Our Security Monitoring Center operates 24/7, 365 days a year. This position is for the following work schedule. Please do not apply if you cannot work this exact schedule.
Monday: 11:00PM - 7:00AM
Tuesday: 11:00PM - 7:00AM
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: OFF
Friday: 3:00PM - 11:00PM
Saturday: 3:00PM - 11:00PM
Sunday: 3:00PM - 11:00PM
Job Summary: As a Customer Service Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between our clients and internal teams. Your primary responsibility will be to receive incoming service requests, dispatch law enforcement, and provide exceptional customer support throughout the process. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Receive incoming service requests from clients via phone, email, or online platforms.
· Gather necessary information from clients to accurately assess the nature of the service request.
· Dispatch law enforcement to designated locations, ensuring timely response and resolution.
· Monitor and track the status of service requests, providing regular updates to clients and technicians.
· Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
· Maintain detailed records of service requests, dispatch activities, and customer interactions in the company's database.
· Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach.
· Provide excellent customer service by ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire service process.
Qualifications:
· Prior overnight or swing shift experience needed.
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or education in customer service is a plus.
· Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a dispatching or similar position.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in using computer systems, databases, and communication tools.
· Familiarity with CRM software or dispatching systems is an advantage.
· Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively handle challenging customer situations.
· Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail.
· Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
