- Complete 5 jobs in a month, level up to tier 2, earning an additional 10% on top of what the school pays.
- Complete 10 jobs in a month, level up to tier 3, earning an additional 18% on top of what the school pays.
- Complete 15 jobs in a month, level up to tier 4, earning an additional 25% on top of what the school pays.

- Perform various duties related to teaching, including the following:
- Adhering to a lesson plan.
- Facilitating learning.
- Managing a classroom.
- Providing ongoing instructional support.
- Effectively communicating with school staff.
- Leaving detailed reports to the classroom teacher.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma.
- Must pass the Utah BCI background check.
