AND helping someone to organize their calendar and their contacts “fills your cup”, this is the perfect position for you!
As this is a new position for us, the details of the role are not 100% set in stone. YOU will help us to shape the role. We anticipate that you will need to be available to work 2-3 hours a day (hours would be flexible), Monday through Friday. You will be managing the calendar appointments/meetings for a member of our executive team. This will entail communicating both internally and externally to establish new meetings, adjust timing or details of existing meetings, and aid in dealing with meeting conflicts. As you learn and grow in the role, there will likely be responsibilities that will be added on.
We will provide you with all of the tools that are necessary for you to do the job.
Please include a cover letter explaining your qualifications and the value that you would bring to this position. This can be written or if you'd like to upload a 1-2 minute video instead, we'd love to hear from you!
