Job Summary
Reporting to the Director, Customer Centricity, the Customer Centricity Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of Customer Centricity. The focus of this role is to collect and interpret information about market conditions and consumer behavior to help Septodont make effective decisions when launching new products, pricing products and services, and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Responsibilities
Insights & Analysis:
- Design and implement global customer surveys
- Gather, analyze, and interpret global customer insight data
- Manage master data including creation, updates, and deletion
- Actively monitor the Customer Centricity Dashboard
- Ensure Septodont meets privacy policy requirements for each surveyed country/region (e.g. Europe GDPR, California CCPA)
Communication:
- Generate detailed reports from multiple sources on global customer behavior, outcomes, and sales
- Create monthly communication to summarize customer insights, results, and best practices
Continuous Improvement:
- Working with internal departments to inform and recommend approaches to effectively implement customer needs
- Support with special projects such as workshops in Customer Centricity
Training:
- Conduct training sessions on Customer Centricity globally to new employees and as needed
- Train end-users on new reports and dashboards
Other:
- Follow GMP and regulatory requirements, and ensure quality standards are met
- Model the company mission, vision and values statements, policies, and current standard business practices
- Perform other related duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, Social Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing
- Experience working with SalesForce is an asset
- Proven aptitude for interpreting data and strong research abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with experience using Excel
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations
- Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with survey tools, CRM programs and databases preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand format
- Communication skills in French and/or Portuguese is considered an asset
- Ability to work in a self-directed team environment
