Special Populations Data Entry Clerk
Job Summary:
The Special Populations Data Clerk will enter data and perform other related duties in support of the agency’s behavioral, developmental, and early childhood education plans.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Monitors timely completion of behavioral, developmental, and speech and language screenings.

Retrieves data from online screening and assessment platforms and enters information into Childplus daily.

Assists Special Populations Manager with behavior incident report and behavior plan tracking, as well as IEP and IFSP events and actions.

Uses data entry programs to record assigned data.

Resolves minor processing problems; seeks assistance from supervisor or other appropriate staff for issues beyond immediate expertise.

Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to keep information confidential.

Ability to work independently.
Education and Experience:
-
High school diploma or equivalent required.
-
Some data entry experience is preferred.
-
Professional development provided on-the-job.
Physical Requirements:
-
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Position is hourly and non-exempt.
Pay rate range: $12.13 to $14.00
30 hours a week
Proficient in Child Plus and Pre-school screening requirements
Familiar with Google Sheets
Must be willing to travel to Head Start Office
