Sequoia Construction Services is seeking a Carpenter.
You are hard-working, eager to learn, and always up for a challenge. You want to become a part of a leading commercial construction team in the Bay Area.
What you’ll do for us:
Measures, marks, and arranges materials to established layout based on blueprints or instructions from supervisors.
Uses various hand and power tools to securely build assigned projects.
Adheres to local building and safety codes and guidelines.
Qualifications
Must haves:
Understanding of carpentry, waterproofing, and building envelope.
Experience with basic manual and power tools
Ability to climb ladders and work on scaffolding for high spaces.
Understanding of job site safety
Desire to learn and be a team player
Speed
Great to haves:
Prior Construction, skilled trade experience
Compensation
The compensation range is $25 - $35 / hour depending on experience.
